COMMAND
	=[<channelname>] <text>

DESCRIPTION
	Send a message <text> on channel <channelname>.
	If the channelname is not given, the general channel is used.

EXAMPLES
	=lpc Need help with alists!
	(this sends a message on the lpc channel)

	=general Argh!
	= Argh!
	(this sends a message on the general channel. Both are the
	 same because if the name is ommitted the general channel will
	 be taken as default.)
