	chon [channel]

DESCRIPTION
	Turn on a communication channel. You can only send and receive
	messages if a channel is turned on.
	If the optional argument is a "*" then all channels will be
	turned on.
	If no argument will be given the all your channels will be
	turned on again if they have been turned off temporarily with
	choff.
